• El Usuario se compromete a utilizar el Sitio Web de manera lícita y de acuerdo con estos Términos y Condiciones.
• Se prohíbe expresamente:
  • Utilizar el Sitio Web de cualquier manera que pueda dañar, deshabilitar, sobrecargar o deteriorar el Sitio Web o interferir con el uso y disfrute del mismo por parte de otros Usuarios.
  • Intentar acceder sin autorización a cualquier parte del Sitio Web, servidores, sistemas informáticos o redes conectadas al Sitio Web.
  • Realizar actividades de "hacking", "cracking" o cualquier otra actividad que comprometa la seguridad del Sitio Web.

• Al contratar nuestros servicios, el cliente adquiere una licencia de uso única y exclusivamente para los fines directamente relacionados con el proyecto específico para el cual fue diseñado.
• Se prohíbe expresamente la divulgación, reproducción, distribución, modificación o cualquier otro uso de los Proyectos a terceros sin el consentimiento previo y por escrito de ARCH-24.COM, excepto por lo específicamente permitido en esta sección.
• No obstante lo anterior, ARCH-24.COM otorga al cliente el permiso discrecional para compartir imágenes o representaciones visuales del Proyecto en sus propias cuentas de redes sociales con fines promocionales o de exhibición personal. Este permiso es revocable por ARCH-24.COM en cualquier momento y no implica la transferencia de derechos de propiedad intelectual. El cliente se compromete a mencionar o etiquetar a ARCH-24.COM (si así lo desea ARCH-24.COM) al publicar el contenido en redes sociales.
• Se aclara que, incluso con el permiso para la publicación en redes sociales, la propiedad intelectual total y los derechos de autor de los Proyectos seguirán perteneciendo a ARCH-24.COM.

• By contracting our services, the client acquires a license to use the Projects solely and exclusively for purposes directly related to the specific project for which they were designed.
• The disclosure, reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use of the Projects to third parties without the prior written consent of ARCH-24.COM is expressly prohibited, except as specifically permitted in this section.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, ARCH-24.COM grants the client discretionary permission to share images or visual representations of the Project on their own social media accounts for promotional or personal display purposes.
• This permission is revocable by ARCH-24.COM at any time and does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights.
• The client agrees to mention or tag ARCH-24.COM (if ARCH-24.COM so desires) when publishing the content on social media.
• It is clarified that, even with permission for publication on social media, the total intellectual property and copyright of the Projects will remain with ARCH-24.COM.
